Our approach to your project is characterized by quality from beginning to end. As a full service remodeling company, we not only do construction work, we also provide comprehensive planning, design, permitting, materials selection, and even furnishings upon request.
GETTING STARTED
When you call us for a walk-through estimate, be prepared to spend some time with us. We want to understand your project scope as much as possible, drawing out your goals, expectations, and overall vision.
We’ll take a lot of photos, ask a lot of questions, and offer you the knowledge, guidance and advice we’ve collected during our 30 years in the home remodeling business.
Once you’ve decided to get a quote from us, our first task will be to produce a 3D computer generated design of your project (just like the one shown here), which we'll review with you on the large monitor in our office in order to confirm your design layout and goals.
CONFIRMING THE DETAILS
Next, we'll work with you to identify and select your preferred materials, fixtures and finishes. We love helping our clients explore kitchen, tile and bath showrooms... we’ve even got our own Design Studio with over 60 cabinet door styles, as well as countertop, flooring and hardware samples. Our goal will be to help you select the best matches for your budget, aesthetics, durability, maintenance, and lifestyle.
Once your design and materials are confirmed, we can give you a detailed quote for your project. This comes in the form of a contract, and includes an itemization of all work from start to finish for your review, confirmation and signature.
MANAGING CONSTRUCTION
With a signed contract in hand, it’s time for the work to get started! We’ll initiate the permit application process, and assign you to one of our Project Managers. This person will be with you every step of the way—serving as your primary point of contact, overseeing the project’s progress, coordinating the subcontractors, and maintaining both schedule and budget.
Sometimes the scope of home remodeling projects evolves as the project unfolds. Homeowners may begin to “see” their space differently and have fresh ideas that they’d like to incorporate. Should this be the case on your project, cheerful flexibility is our mantra... we’ll work with you to define the scope of the revision, its associated cost and impact on the schedule.
CLOSING OUT THE PROJECT
As your project nears completion, your Project Manager will ask you to begin putting together a “punch list” of any remaining or unfinished items you would like to have addressed. He will then oversee the team to ensure every one of the items are completed during the last week(s) of your project, and verify their completion with you during the final walk-through.
